Let's Friend'em: Male Loneliness Support

About the event
This guided group coaching session will be a chill, open, uplifting, and educational lead by our Founder Michael. Tailored to enable people to build themselves up, this event will ask big and small questions to expand on misconceptions that could be holding us back from the meaningful connections we are looking for. While romantic relationships are a large portion of the subject matter, we'll primarily stick to the friendships you have with yourself, your neighbors, the people you pass at the local store, and the large communities you participate in.

For those that have never worked with a life coach, we help people by partnering with clients in future-focused dialogue. While we are not therapists and are not a replacement for psychotherapy, legal consel, or medical advice, we can absolutely help you achieve your goals and hone skills you already have!

Friend'em is a company whose goal is to help people make new connections, be better friends, and be better friends to themselves. Be it 1 on 1 coaching, events, workshops, or random adventures, we aim to help the anxious, neurodivergent, and wary of us make the communities we personally need.

At the "Let's Friend'em" events, you can expect to participate in a series of games and exercises that'll help you practice numerous skills you can use in various social situations. Some activities will be very straightforward and seen in everyday life while a good number of them will be wacky and kinda weird! Our thought process is "if this activity is the hardest and weirdest things you do, then doing the hardest and weirdest parts of making new friends will feel like a breeze".

Info: During the start of the group session, we will establish our rules, boundaries, and agreements to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive event. We will also do a few ice breakers to get the goodness flowing and shake any anxieties that may be coming up.

Info: We'll spend the last hour in a group coaching session with our boundaries established to ensure we can have the best dialogue possible.
