About this Event
Wellbeing Through Art
Take time out for creativity, connection and calm in this relaxed and inspiring session exploring wellbeing through art. We’ll begin with a short, accessible discussion on evidence-based research around social prescribing, drawing on insights from the All-Party Parliamentary Group.
You’ll then be guided through simple watercolour pencil techniques before moving on to the main creative activity: producing your own watercolour artwork inspired by a magazine image. No prior artistic experience is needed - just a willingness to have a go and enjoy the process.
