Employees need motivation now more than ever! Our role as HR Practitioners is to empower leaders to lead and equip them with the tools to help employees grow, develop and succeed. Sometimes that results in producing absolute rockstars, sometimes it requires polishing a few rough diamonds to help them shine, and other times - - well, we must help underperforming employees Get Involved Elsewhere. In this workshop you will learn how to properly identify and appropriately address employee issues. We will also explore the performance management life cycle and provide useful tips and recommendations for each stage - to help you Be Outstanding, all while entertaining you with some of your favorite 70's tunes! Wear you favorite 70's gear and dancing shoes (optional but highly recommended), and come with an open mind (required)!
In this workshop we will help you:
- Learn to properly identify and appropriately address employee issues.
- Understand the performance management life cycle as well as approriate methods, tools, and resources to use at each stage.
- Identify ways, as the HR Practitioner, to Recharge, Re-engage, and Re-Invest.
You will walk away from this hands-on and highly engaging Employee Relations workshop with several tips, tools, techniques, and templates that will make navigating Employee Relations much easier!
This program has been approved for 7.75 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™and SPHRi™recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
