Cycling is an excellent exercise that can connect people with nature and help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by lowering cortisol and increasing “feel-good” endorphins. Plus: It’s fun!
In partnership with Bike Friendly Kingston, this FREE bike ride is for all ages, to Sojourner Truth State Park, which aims to introduce people of all ages to the many physical and mental benefits of cycling. (Plus – free swag and demonstrations!)
- Arrive at 3 p.m. for a FREE tune-up with Bikeway Bicycles!
- Ride pushes off at 4:30 p.m.
Please note: In the event of rain or a high chance of precipitation, this ride will be cancelled.
