Join us for a lively and exquisite dinner party Holiday Barrel Weekend with Winemaker, Devyani Gupta, and Assistant Winemaker, Loïc Rhyne, in collaboration with Chef Carl Brindle of sought-after, local Wild Thyme. With five wine-paired courses, including experiencing the official *New Limited Release* of our 100% Eventide Estate - 2022 Eventide BDX and the latest Washington and Spanish Releases - this will be an exquisite and festive dinner party not to miss!The evening begins fireside at 5:30pm in our Tasting Room , as we welcome you to enjoy paired apps with two first-ever Grenache Blanc/Garnacha Blancas from two different continents: Washington Las Canteras Grenache Blanc + Rioja's La Gargantilla Garnacha Blanca. At 6pm we take our seats for a plated four-course dinner in the upstairs dining room, as Chef Carl invites us to 'travel around the world' with each bite and carefully paired wine.
