We believe that upholding the values of Radical Self-Expression & Radical Inclusion align deeply with this cause.

Brave Space Alliance is a Black-led, trans-led TLGBQ+ resource center here in Chicago.
We Keep Us Safe is a tiny, informal, autonomous collective that’s still gestating. WKUS is dedicated to creating safety for each other on a variety of levels that are vital our communities today from within a paradigm of burner values (https://www.bwbchicago.org/about/11-principles-of-burning-man). We’re discovering our power to help facilitate the awareness & practice of good data hygiene, know-your-rights, first aid & harm reduction, non-violent communication, mutual aid, & psychological safety.
Thank you to our fiscal sponsor, Bold Urban Renaissance Network (B.U.R.N.), a nonprofit organization which fosters community arts through grass-roots projects & civic collaboration. We seek to create, display, & support interactive arts & civic participation that inspires action & connects people by moving them from passive spectators to creative participants.
