Join Serina for a 1 hour class where joy and fun meet deep and sacred. This class is a joy-based transformational movement practice. It is a dance through the body’s energy centers (the chakras). The practice brings together gentle moving yoga, user-friendly dance, qigong, meditation in motion, dance, moving yoga cool down, and relaxation.
Together we will explore playful expressive movements that lift the spirit, raise self-awareness, and invoke joy. We will bring yoga off the mat, combining it with Indian and Chinese Yoga, the breath, and more!
