Pregnancy can feel exciting, overwhelming, and full of questions-sometimes all at once. Birth, especially, can feel like a big unknown that’s hard to imagine until you’re actually in it.
This course offers a gentle space to meet that unknown, together.

Hypnobirthing techniques to support calm, focus, and confidence
Somatic, embodied practices to connect with your body, your baby, and each other
Gentle, yoga-inspired movement and breathwork for pregnancy and labor
Mind–body tools to support labor, birth, and the transition into parenthood

Delphine Renard, counselling psychologist and hypnobirthing instructor
Katia Serafini, mama-to-be, nurse, and yoga teacher
