​Value Culture presents: Let My People Pho! A Vegan Passover Shabbat Dinner Experience at Le Colonial special for SF Climate Week.
​With Over 35 years of cooking Vietnamese food with 16 years in Viet Nam Le Colonial GM and Executive chef Geoffrey Deetz has prepared a special menu to feature the best of Vietnam’s fine dining in a Romantic French Indochine inspired restaurant.
​Chef will be making a full gluten free and vegan menu featuring fresh rolls, his famous mushroom pho, and a special dessert. Chef will explain the health benefits and climate benefits of the mushrooms used in the pho.
​Hosted by Value Culture Executive Director Adam Swig with special Climate Week guests. All backgrounds are welcome. Adam will lead a spiritually inspired Climate Week themed Shabbat experience. Think "friendsgiving with extra gratitude."
​Dinner price is all inclusive including food, wine, tax, and tip. All ages and demographics welcome.
