About the Workshop

As the year unfolds, many of us need a moment to pause β€” to breathe, reflect, and reconnect before continuing forward. LET IT OUT! is a free, communal healing space designed to help you ground yourself, reset your spirit, and move through the year with intention and care.

This workshop invites you to slow down in community and reconnect with what steadies you. Through guided breathwork and poetry, we’ll release what the past months have placed on our bodies and minds and make room for clarity, presence, and renewal. This is not about resolutions or pressure β€” it’s about rooting yourself where you are.

Whether you’re feeling hopeful, tired, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between, this space welcomes you exactly as you are.

What to Expect

πŸ•  Grounded Welcome & Intentional Framing
We’ll open by settling into the space together, setting shared intentions, and creating a supportive container for communal healing.

πŸ’¨ Guided Breathwork for Grounding
A restorative breathwork experience focused on calming the nervous system, reconnecting to the body, and using breath as an anchor.

✍🏾 Reflective Poetry Writing
Gentle writing prompts to help you process where you are in the year β€” releasing what no longer serves you and naming what you want to carry forward.

🎀 Community Sharing Circle
An optional space to share your words, reflections, or intentions. Listening is just as powerful as speaking here.

πŸ’ž Collective Closing & Intention Setting
We’ll close with gratitude, grounding, and a collective breath to carry into the days ahead.
