Release what doesn’t serve you, cultivate more ease, flow and resilience in your daily life
- £25 -
Invigorate your relationship to one of the most remarkable organs in your body:
Your ‘life-giving, protective, purifying’ Liver!
In this Practice we will refine your attention and awareness of this part of our interior landscape supporting this vital organ. We’ll explore how to awaken a deeper relationship with your liver, helping you harness the liver’s natural intelligence and capacity for renewal, and what it means to let go and release what doesn’t serve us so we can cultivate more ease, flow and resilience in our daily lives. This workshop weaves asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy and tantric yoga philosophy.
Please bring a journal/ notebook with you.
