It's a perfect time to pause, reflect, realign and connect with your purpose, vision, desires and values whilst you prepare for 2026.
In these times we are inundated with incoming information, messages, choices, doom and tasks; we will practice yoga, breath technology and meditation to learn how to filter, release and let go to become an exalted human being with more discernment and resilience. We'll touch on practical, helpful hints and practices you can incorporate day to day to manage your base level of calm and happiness.
I will guide you through a powerful 3 hour Kundalini yoga practice which includes:

You can arrive 15 minutes before hand to get settled at the venue. BYO mat, small blanket, sheepskin if you use one, water, eye pillow & meditation cushion. I recommend having a light, healthy lunch up to two hours beforehand and arriving hydrated.
