Facilitator:
Katharine has over 17 years experience in the massage and wellness industry.
She loves teaching Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage courses and facilitating workshops, sound healing meditation and retreats. Her passion is to help empower people by helping them connect to their body, inner gifts and intuition by clearing out the old. She helps to ground people into their body, assisting with pain release, blockages and what no longer serves. This creates space for more love and positive energy.
In July, 2019, Katharine was diagnosed a rare form of cancer caused from textured breast implants. Being able to make a full recovery was a life changing experience for her and has sparked her passion even more to help people through emotional and physical pain, anxiety and health challenges. She found Shamanic Healings, Hawaiian massages being in circle to share and to let go has been a huge part of her healing.
Katharine embodies holistic wellness as a way to cope with stress and anxiety. Katharine is committed to helping others clear away stress and pain, connect to their body, discover their own voice and empower their wellness choices.
