About this Event

🌿 Let Go & Breathe – Nature Walk 🌿

A free community wellbeing walk in nature.

Join us for a gentle walking meditation and breathwork session designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself and others.

Sometimes all we need is fresh air, mindful movement, and a supportive space to breathe and reset.

📅 Date: Saturday 28 March
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM
📍 Location: Perry Hall Park
Meeting point: Park entrance off Lichfield Road (main road entrance)

During this 1-hour session we will:
• Enjoy a gentle walking meditation
• Practice simple breathing techniques
• Connect with nature
• Have the opportunity to chat, connect and meet new people

This is a completely free session created to support wellbeing and build community in Wednesfield.

Please bring:
• Water
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing

Everyone is welcome. No experience needed.

Take a step, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to simply be.
