A Gottman-inspired singles workshop to date with clarity. Learn communication, boundaries, and healthy relationship skills.
About this Event

Ready to stop dating on vibes and start dating with clarity?

Lessons in Love is a 6.5-hour singles workshop designed for people who are tired of repeating the same patterns, overthinking every text, and wondering “why does this keep happening?” This is a research-informed, Gottman-inspired experience that gives you real relationship skills you can actually use—whether you’re newly dating, getting back out there, or trying to date more intentionally.

This is not therapy, not group processing, and definitely not a dating meetup (but you could leave having met a new friend!). Think of it as a relationship skills bootcamp—structured, interactive, and focused on helping you show up differently in dating and relationships. While this is a psychoeducational workshop, it’s led by Tanaii Wellington, BSW, LCSW—a licensed therapist and couples specialist trained in Gottman-informed relationship work so you’re learning research-backed tools from someone who helps people strengthen relationships for a living.

Why attend:

Because dating today can feel like a mess of mixed messages—red flags, green flags, “icks,” endless opinions, and social media “experts.” Meanwhile, the most important part gets overlooked: having the skills to build a healthy relationship once you find someone worth choosing. This workshop helps you get grounded, get clear, and move with intention.

What you can expect:
  • 6.5 hours of structured, interactive learning (fun, engaging, and practical)
  • A mix of teaching + guided reflection to connect the tools to your real life
  • No pressure to share personal stories—participation is always your choice
  • Practical tools you can use immediately for dating, communication, boundaries, and conflict
  • A supportive, respectful space that feels exclusive and intentionally small

What you’ll walk away with:
  • More clarity on your patterns (and how to shift them)
  • Stronger skills for communication (without overexplaining or spiraling)
  • Boundaries that feel confident—not harsh or guilt-filled
  • A better sense of what you need to feel emotionally safe and aligned
  • A practical roadmap for building healthier, more intentional connections

Limited spots (seriously):

There are 3 dates available. This workshop is intentionally capped so it stays interactive and high-quality. Once spots are gone, they’re gone. If this has been on your mind, take it as your sign.

Claim your seat now and come rewrite the script.
