Prerequisite: Foundation 2 or equivalent experience.

Build scenes from the inside out. Instead of chasing plot twists or high-concept ideas, ground your work in emotional reactions and relationships. Stories can unfold more naturally when your characters feel deeply and respond honestly. So move beyond clever and into compelling. When you play what your character feels, scenes become richer, more relatable, and impossible to ignore.
We have community standards, a conflict process, and a COVID prevention policy in place. Agreement/acceptance of these policies is required to participate in BATS classes. BATS Improv Class Refund Policy
All class sales are final. In the event we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.
