About this Event
Lesbian Lifting Club is a Sapphic-forward workout event to build community through strength training.
This event is open to anyone who identifies as lesbian, non-binary, trans, or bisexual/pansexual queer. (cis men this is not a space for you :))
The day will start with check in and ice breakers and we'll start an instructor led warm up at 12:15 (Please try to be on time!) We will talk through movements and how to safely perform the exercises we will be doing. It will be a go-at-your-own-pace and weight, and is a beginner and advanced-friendly workout.
Afterwards we'll all cool down and debrief together and if anyone wants, hang out at The Barn Door Public House located next to us!
