Are you a fitness instructor — or someone who’s been thinking about teaching group fitness?Come experience Les Mills at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.
We’re expanding our instructor network and launching NEW Les Mills programming across our centers — and we’re looking for passionate instructors who want to grow, get certified, and help members level up.
At this recruiting preview class, you’ll be able to try before you buy — experience the workout formats, meet Y leaders, and learn how to become a certified YMCA Les Mills instructor.
When: Saturday, November 15
Where: YMCA of Greater Charlotte
Who: Current instructors OR fitness pros with interest in becoming instructors
Experience needed: Preferred, not required
We’ll preview three programs:
• 8am Les Mills GRIT — explosive 30-minute HIIT
• 9am Les Mills SPRINT — high-intensity cycle with powerful results
• 10am Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT — build strength + technique
• Les Mills Q&A to follow master class
After this event, you’ll be eligible to register for official certification weekend trainings:
• Strength: December 13–14, 2025
• Sprint: January 24–25, 2026
• Grit: February 21–22, 2026
