We will have half an hour of reflection or spiritual exercise with the following guiding questions:• How can I take care of myself?
• How can I take care of my spiritual life, and that of those around me, during this Lent?
• Why does Lent still make sense?
We will watch a film to stimulate our zeal for our faith and our love.
Each session ends with the celebration of the Eucharist.
