You are warmly invited to a Gentle Hiking experience – a soft and unhurried nature walk where slowing down is the whole point. This is an invitation to breathe deeper, move gently, and be present with yourself, nature, and others.
This is not a performance or a workout, but a shared experience. We’ll walk slowly through the nature of Koivusaari, pausing to sense, listen, and simply be. No prior hiking experience is needed – just come as you are.
