About this Event
We will meet at the Garden of the Provinces at 9:00 AM, where everyone will have a chance to introduce themselves and connect. After a brief welcome and explanation of the activity, we’ll move to the hill to begin the Lemon & Spoon Hill Repeats challenge for 30 minutes.
Each participant holds a spoon with a lemon balanced on it. Start at the base of the hill and run or power-walk up and down while keeping the lemon steady. If it falls, pause, reset, and continue. The goal is to complete as many hill repeats as possible in 30 minutes while maintaining balance.
Participants will run or power-walk up and down the hill while balancing a lemon on a spoon, aiming for as many repeats as possible.
After the activity, we’ll gather back at the park for coffee and donuts to relax and chat.
