More about Reclamation FARMacy:
At Reclamation FARMacy, we are committed to cultivating a more equitable and just food system by empowering Black/Indigenous/people of color with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in agriculture. Our mission is to bridge the gap in food justice and create opportunities for sustainable, culturally diverse farming practices.
We believe that access to fresh, nutritious food is a fundamental human right, and we are dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers that disproportionately affect communities of color. Through education, advocacy, and hands-on training, we aim to:
- Promote Food Sovereignty
- Cultivate Agricultural Skills
- Celebrate Cultural Diversity
- Advocate for Equity
- Foster Community Resilience
- Promote Sustainable Practices
By achieving these objectives, Reclamation FARMacy aspires to create a future where all people, regardless of their background, have the knowledge, resources, and agency to play an active role in reshaping our food system. Together, we will sow the seeds of food justice, harvest the fruits of equity, and nourish our communities with the abundance of shared knowledge and opportunity.
