What You’ll Do
Using Islamic and Victorian tile patterns as a starting point, you’ll be encouraged to explore, experiment, and create your own unique geometric prints.
Design and create bold geometric patterns using LEGO tiles, then print your designs using a press. You’ll explore repetition, symmetry, and layered colour to produce a striking print.

- Please Bring A3 folder or flat card to transport work home

About the Artist
Fouzia Zafar is an award-winning printmaker and elected member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers. Her work is exhibited nationally and internationally, and held in major collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Ashmolean Museum, and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
Her practice explores themes of identity, memory, and cultural heritage through contemporary printmaking.
