Energy Law in Transition – Oil & Gas Meets Low Carbon
The one-day training workshop will focus on an introduction to the legal and regulatory landscape for Energy projects in the UK. The focus will be from an oil & gas industry perspective then diverging to look at the Energy Transition context and looking at key areas of similarities and differences in the legal and regulatory context between traditional oil & gas development/projects and low carbon alternatives such as CCUS, hydrogen and offshore wind.
