β€’ How family investment companies can offer a planning solution and some of the possible pitfalls
β€’ Planning with discretionary trusts and insurance based lump sum inheritance tax plans – which plan is appropriate and when
β€’ How to deal with buy-to-let properties in estate planning
β€’ How to mitigate inheritance tax on pension plans
β€’ Important points to consider when setting up policies in trust to provide cash to meet inheritance tax – including dealing with chargeable lifetime transfers, maximising the normal expenditure exemption and the use of Rysaffe planning
