Through this intensive leadership development program, budding civic leaders will gain the baseline tools and knowledge they need to learn how to increase civic participation and individual impact in community spaces, preparing them to hold leadership roles in public and the nonprofit sector from a political perspective.
This cohort program centers on Civic Leadership in Indianapolis with a focus on some of the challenges faced by our community. It is designed to bolster civic leadership capabilities and empower individuals to be prepared and equipped to drive positive change within Indianapolis.
