We're Back! Take your athletic performance and fitness to the next level with the Legacy Elite Performance Camp, a dynamic two-day weekend experience designed for individuals ready to push their limits, build strength, and enhance agility.
Camp Schedule:
- Saturday: Beach Training – Train with the resistance of sand to improve endurance, speed, and explosive power while enjoying a high-energy, full-body workout in a motivating outdoor environment.
- Sunday: Hill Training – Conquer challenging inclines and declines to boost strength, acceleration, deceleration, and stamina.
