Join us for an intimate 2-hour workshop that weaves together the transformative superpowers of poetry and sound healing. This unique experience will combine readings from Jósa Goodlife’s newly released healing memoir, Elemental Rebirth, intertwined with a sound journey, designed to guide you into your inner elemental field of exploration.
This afternoon's workshop will be divided into two parts:
First Hour — Words & Connection
- Intimate reading from Elemental Rebirth
- Open conversation about healing, transformation, and the elemental wisdom within us all
- Gather in community and set intentions for the sound journey ahead
Second Hour — Elemental Sound Journey
- A surrender into deep rest, while nestled in Mother Earth's loving embrace
- Focus on releasing stress, old trauma patterns, and all that no longer serves you, to the cleansing powers of the elements
- Experience poetry woven together with the immersive sound instruments, as each element removes your burdens and offers renewal instead
- Allow water, fire, air and earth to clear away old patterns and help recharge towards your inner elemental rebirth
