'Leftovers' ; A Multimedia Art-Happening to Benefit the Thomas Dunn Learning Center --
Our beloved Thomas Dunn Learning Center needs us, and the misfit experimental art crew is here to chip in!
A small, hybrid (online/in-person) event to be held at TDLC on Gasconade Street, this event will feature poetry, sound-art, music and more from an astounding - but secret - group of local creatives. A diverse, equitable and inclusive event to finish off our respective family get-togethers, all donations (in person or online) will go to help cover renovations and neccesary structural improvements to assure that the Dunn has only just begun. Please stop by, see what this lovely community space has to offer, and see/hear some of the imagination on display at TDLC. We will be hosting further events to this purpose, both in December and in the new year - have a heart, do your part, and see some art!
Performers will be featured in various locations throughout the building to show what variety this wonderful place offers to the community and to the public at large. Links will be provided on this Facebook event page to a livestream on the day of the event, donation links will likewise be provided, and information about parking will also be included on here, with helpful infographics.
This IS a fundraiser, so bring cash / money apps - we are hoping to have a minimum donation of $5, but please give whatever is feasible for you to give.
