We have so much to be grateful for in this life, even (and especially) amidst the chaos and uncertainty that is running through the veins of our planet. How can we point our lenses of perception towards appreciation and away from fear, scarcity and lack? By being thankful for every little thing we have.
By appreciating the tiniest gesture of others that impact us.
By taking great pleasure in the simple things and acknowledging everything that we receive from life.
Gratitude is so much more than just saying thank you, it is the way we look at and receive the world.
Come, immerse yourself in the spirit of gratitude, one breath at a time.
We will begin with meditative intention and Kundalini-inspired movement to help prepare the body to better receive the breath. The breathwork journey will be about 40 minutes before surrendering deeply into rest with the sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, drums, chimes, vocals and more.
