About this Event
Join us as the Leesburg Listening Room concert series returns!
Bringing regional talent to our community and helping make our historic downtown a destination for arts and cultural events, one show at a time.
This evening will feature three performers: Piper Stewart of Leesburg, VA; Ebony Nicole of Harrisonburg, VA; and Andrew McKnight of Lincoln, VA. This show is BYOB - October One Vineyard is just across the street - visit them before the show for a bottle of wine to bring over and enjoy while listening.
Piper Stewart is a young, local artist who was a finalist in Loudoun's 2025 Battle of the Bands. She has been playing guitar for seven years and singing for as long as she can remember. Her first release, Cancel My Plans, is a collection of a few of her favorite songs she has written.
Ebony Nicole is a singer-songwriter who plays keyboard and acoustic guitar, but her best and most skilled instrument is her voice. She was born in Tacoma, WA and has lived in New Jersey, NYC, Seattle, and spent a summer studying worship music in Australia. All of which influenced her taste in music and sonic vibe. Nicole has been a songwriter since the age of 12 and was recognized for her original song "show me" at a Richmond, VA talent showcase. Her single "High and Dry" was awarded a special mention in the United Kingdom's Songwriting Contest 2018. Her most recent album, "I'm a little blurry with romance" was released in 2025 and can be found wherever you stream music.
Andrew McKnight is an award-winning folk and Americana artist whose musical journey has traced nearly a million miles of blue highways. That journey has earned him a wealth of critical acclaim and enthusiastic fans for his captivating performances and ten recordings, as a solo artist and in his genre-bending quartet with founding Nitty Gritty Dirt Band member Les Thompson. His latest solo project is an album and book about his singular experiences exploring his family history, as well as a fine introductory how-to manual. Hailing from the historic village of Lincoln, Virginia, Andrew also teaches guitar and songwriting, offers a variety of programs and workshops for students and adult learners, and is a consultant for people learning to use DNA for genealogy and family history research. His music is in several documentaries and podcasts, and he has written songs with kindergarteners as well as one on one with veterans to help healing their PTSD.
