In Ayurveda, nourishment is not only about food.
It comes through what we take in through our senses, our breath, our environment, our rhythm of life and the quality of our attention.
This carefully curated day blends Vedic mantra meditation, movement, breathwork and sensory exploration to gently guide you from busy “doing mode” back into balance.
Through simple yet powerful practices, you’ll explore how to restore energy, regulate the nervous system and cultivate a deeper sense of harmony in daily life.

09:30 — Arrival
A soft landing with tea, music and grounding scents.
10:00 — Opening Meditation & Intention
Guided meditation to settle the nervous system and set a personal focus for the day.
10:45 — Embodied Movement
Fluid, grounding movement to awaken the body and prepare the system to receive nourishment.
11:45 — Mid-Year Reset Reflection
Gentle prompts to reflect on what is currently nourishing or depleting your energy.
12:30 — The Six Tastes Lunch Experience
A beautifully prepared Ayurvedic-inspired meal exploring the six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent.
13:30 — Nervous System Breathwork
Practical pranayama techniques to support digestion, regulation and sustainable energy.
14:30 — Workshop: Nourishment & Harmony
An introduction to Ayurvedic principles for balanced meals, daily rhythms and understanding cravings and fatigue.
15:30 — Yoga Nidra & Meditation
Deep restorative rest allowing the body to integrate and restore.
16:15 — Closing Integration
