Lee Wee & Brothers: Central Kitchen Visit and Otah-Making Workshop

Step behind the scenes with Lee Wee & Brothers to explore our history and gain insights into the cultural significance of local cuisine. Participants will also experience the different stages of otah production up close, gaining a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every piece.

Each person will get to create 2 pieces of Otah within a 25 minutes duration, and have them grilled by our LWB team. Handcraft your otah with your favorite toppings, including a selection of prawn and squid.

Drop-Off Lobby (Level 1)

Located in front of Fire Fighting Lobby H, along the passage with Food City Eating House and the Training Room. Chartered buses are allowed to enter the building and drop off passengers here.

• Covered shoes are required for all visitors.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn inside the Central Kitchen.
• Photography and video recording are prohibited within the Central Kitchen.
