LECTURE BRAWL: Tradition vs. Innovation is Erie Labor Temple’s monthly fight night for ideas. Two brawlers. One case question. Timed rounds with hard rules. An object-as-evidence requirement. A scored winner. And an audience verdict for Best Argument / Best Presenter.

Each last Thursday, we put a real issue on the floor, from culture and craft to technology, work, education, and civic life. The brawlers choose the topic in advance and come prepared to defend their position with clarity, receipts, and respect. No personal attacks. No rambling. Just sharp thinking, clean structure, and a room full of people willing to disagree like adults.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. The Brawl runs 7:00–8:30 PM. The venue closes at 10:00 PM.
