Join us for a beginner friendly leather earring making workshop where you'll learn the fundamentals of leathercraft while creating two finished pairs of leather earrings to take home.This class is designed for all skill levels - no prior experience needed. Template designs will be available to guide you through the process, making it easy to jump in with confidence, while still leaving room for personal style and creativity.
Instruction is guided and step by step, allowing you to both learn the craft and practice at any stage. A few steps will be demonstrated at a time, followed by hands-on work so you can apply what you've learned before moving on.
What you'll learn:
An introduction to leatherworking tools and materials.
How to prepare leather for stamping and painting
How to practice and apply traditional leather stamping techniques
How to apply antique and seal your leather
How to assemble earring hardware
You'll work through the full leatherworking process used in handcrafted pieces, gaining hands on experience at each step while creating earrings you can wear, gift and be proud of.
You'll leave with:
Two handmade pairs of leather earrings
A foundational understanding of leatherworking techniques
Hands on practice with tools and understanding of the process
Confidence to continue exploring leathercraft beyond the class
