This is beginner-friendly and all materials needed for class are available in the space. You are welcome to bring your own supplies if you have them.
Class begins with a conversation that sets the intention for the work, then we move to standing for our first meditation position. We move, we fidget, we take breaks, and we have a lot of fun!
Class fee is $10 for non-military
