Everyone's favorite time of year is back! We're thrilled to host our beloved Holiday Teas once again. Tickets sell out fast, so don't miss your chance to celebrate the holidays with loved ones at the enchanting Belva Lockwood Inn.

Our Festive Tea Service is presented Family-Style, where shared platters arrive right at your table, creating a warm, communal celebration.

• The Prelude: Begin with a crisp, refreshing Seasonal Salad accompanied by a perfectly portioned Soup Shooter to warm the soul.
• The Main Event: A holiday spread of elegant Tea Sandwiches, freshly baked Scones, and a dazzling array of Sweet Bites and Desserts that capture the pure joy of the season.
• Elevate Your Cheer: Add a Bottomless Mimosa option to your experience for just $12 per guest!

• Community Seating: Part of the fun of our family-style service is sharing a table with new and old friends! If you have a group, simply reply to your confirmation email with the names of everyone in your party, and we'll ensure you're seated together.
• A Note for Big Groups: We love hosting large parties! Just drop us a line with advance notice of your final count, and we'll arrange the perfect space.
• Allergy Alert: We want everyone to enjoy the deliciousness! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you reserve your spot, and our kitchen will make every effort to accommodate them.

It is the season for giving, The Belva Lockwood Inn is supporting A New Hope Center located in Owego this holiday season. Enter a raffle to win a FREE NIGHT at the Belva by donating to a wonderful cause and purchasing one of the following items below. The New Hope center is in need of the following items:

• Unwrapped toys for children 2-10 years old.
• Cozy Blankets, Fuzzy Socks, Household linens , Robes for Mom too! (sheets and towels)
• Holiday activities (cookie decorating, baked goods, candies, or ornament making kits)

Info: A Warm Welcome Awaits! Please note that check-in begins promptly at 1:45 PM. We kindly ask that you do not arrive prior to this time so we can put the final touches on your festive table.

We'll greet you right at the door to check in your party, receive any coats, and personally escort you to your assigned table for the luncheon.

Info: Settle in, meet your tablemates, and begin enjoying your tea service (and Bottomless Mimosas, if opted for!).
