LEARN TO RUN CLINIC beginning on April 23rd! This clinic is run by Balanced Fitness
We will meet twice per week, Thursdays at 630pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.
This program will lead us up to our communtiy 5km run/walk planned for June 5th. Race/Walk to the Sunset!
