Learn how to Nordic walk for fitness or just for fun in a relaxed group atmosphere, in a small, socially distanced groupThis 2 session course takes you through the basics of Nordic walking so that you get the most from your efforts. You will learn how to use the poles to improve your posture and get your whole body mobilised and learn how to increase (and decrease!) intensity so that you control the exercise. All of this means that you`re working at the level that`s right for you.
Poles provided. No special clothing required, just no walking boots or wellies please
