Come join us at the award winning Yarn Etc on Knaresborough Road, Harrogate and learn how!
Taught by professional, experienced tutor Lucy, learn how to cast on, knit, purl, read basic patterns and cast off, all in one workshop!
All materials provide to get you started! Needles, yarn and the essential cake and coffee too ;-)
You will be choosing from the most gorgeous range of yarns to use! And enough yarn to make a contemporary scarf or cowl (your choice!) with our in-house designed pattern!

Our beginner workshops are for a maximum of 6 people, so you have all the help and support you need at arms reach. You’ll be knitting in no time!
We have post workshop support groups too!
Suitable for those who fancy a refresher too, so if you’ve dabbled in knitting many years ago and forgotten some of the essentials, this is a perfect workshop!
