Śīrṣāsana — the revered Headstand — is known in yoga as the “King of Asanas” for its ability to strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and awaken clarity in both mind and spirit. Practiced with care, this posture can become a gateway into deeper balance — physical, energetic, and emotional.
In this 90-minute workshop, we approach the pose methodically and safely, combining anatomical understanding with breath, focus, and yogic intention. All levels are welcome — whether you're new to inversions or deepening your relationship to them.
