About this Event
Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring two core regenerative soil building practices. The hugelkultur and lasagna mulching transform everyday gardens into living ecosystems, storing carbon, capturing water, and building soil right with no extra maintenance needed. Together we will build a hugelkultur from the ground up.
What You’ll Learn
-How to layer cardboard and mulch to suppress weeds, retain water, and help the soil rebuild itself
-Introduction on how to build a low cost hugelkultur berm with logs, branches, and organic debris
-Strengthening your community connection through shared ecological literacy
