Both teachers have numerous years and awards under their belts for performing aerials safely. Learn how to confidently add air-steps to your dancing with strong technique, clear timing, and plenty of style.

* Workshop 1 - 9.30 - 11.00am
(intro to swing aerials including two lifts)
* Workshop 2 - 11.30am - 1.00pm
(2 x intermediate aerials for those who have attended the first workshop)
We’ll focus on strong foundations, technique, timing and safety so you can execute these aerials with control and style in the dance.
Bring your own partner — lifts require consistent pair work!
