NOTE: The three Sundays for this session are March 1st, 8th, and 22nd. Coil Studio will be hosting a Showcase on March 15th.
This Intro to Aerial Arts series covers basic technique and safety. Students will spend three weeks learning skills and building strength for aerial silks and sling.
No experience required! Your instructor will place emphasis on building strength and autonomy so that participants can work toward standard studio membership with open studio training after completing this 3-week series.
This class is the prerequisite for level 1 silks and sling classes.
