Let's talk about Acro Yoga! It's a unique form of yoga that combines acrobatics and partner yoga poses. It's a fun and challenging way to increase strength, flexibility, and trust with your partner. The practice involves one person acting as the base, providing a solid foundation, while the other person performs various aerial poses on top. It's a beautiful blend of strength, balance, and connection between two individuals – and ridiculously fun!Join Natalie and Michael as they guide you through the basics of this fun and challenging practice. They'll teach you all the fundamental techniques, how to hold the poses, and help you build strength while creating a deep connection and trust with your partner. Safety is a top priority, so they'll also teach you how to enter and exit the poses safely. Get ready to fly and have a blast with them!
There will be 3 roles – Base, Flyer and Spotter. You don’t need to bring a partner to join, we will pair you up and switch roles so we can explore all three roles, practising all movements safely while supporting each other.
