About this Event
Step into the world of Reiki with our Level 1 class hosted by Liv Divine & Candy Iverson. This class is known as Shoden, which focuses on self-healing and personal energy work. In this introductory 2-day class, you’ll receive the tools to tap into your own innate healing abilities. You will learn to use Reiki to balance your energy, protect your personal space, and connect with your higher self. Additionally, there will be an introduction to practicing Reiki on one another, providing hands-on experience in energy work. Shoden is all about empowering you to heal and nurture yourself and laying the foundation for deeper practice in the future.

•How to balance and protect your own energy•
•Techniques for tuning into your higher self and personal intuition•
•Reiki hand positions for self-healing•
•How to balance your own chakras to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being•
•Practicing Reiki on one another•
By the end of this class, you will be attuned to Reiki energy and equipped to use it in your daily personal life, helping you stay balanced and aligned with your highest self. We will have two follow-up virtual meetups, providing an opportunity to discuss any further questions, review progress, ensure we're aligned on the next steps, and help prepare you for Level 2 Reiki.

The energetic exchange for this transformative experience is $450. A $150 deposit secures your space, with the remaining $300 due on the first day of class.
