Shannon Builders, Inc., a Delaware-based general contracting firm specializing in residential remodeling and new home construction throughout all three counties. In addition to his role as a builder, Wayne is also a licensed Delaware Realtor, giving him a unique perspective that bridges both the construction and real estate sides of each investment.
With more than 30 years of experience as an estimator, project manager, and builder, Wayne combines hands-on construction knowledge with expertise in planning, cost estimating, and client relations.
In addition to leading Shannon Builders, Wayne is a founding member and past president of ASPE Delaware Chapter 75 and has taught Advanced Estimating and Project Management at Delaware Technical & Community College. His professional background also includes consulting on large-scale Job Order Contracting projects for healthcare and education institutions such as UT Southwestern Medical Center and Dallas ISD, as well as FEMA-badged catastrophe estimating.
Wayne brings a unique perspective to real estate investors on how to work effectively with contractors—covering everything from project feasibility and estimating to managing scopes of work, contracts, and execution to maximize profitability and reduce risk.
