Is Mental Health on top of your mind for 2025? Wondering how to start and sustain a structured meditation practice to improve mental health?
Dear Friends,
We are happy to announce a 'Learn to Meditate' workshop for beginners interested to learn meditation techniques to destress, detox and find peace & joy from within.
We will share two simple techniques that can be practised 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening that will truly produce transformative benefits to be a simple and beautiful being from inside out.
Below is the tentative schedule.

Please note:
1 . This event is open to anyone 15 and above (Under 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
2 . No Yoga mats needed to be brought unless you like to use one anyways.
3 . Casual Clothing that let's you be comfortable for the duration of the session is requested :)
