Learn @ Lunch: Mushroom Madness

For ages 18 & up

In our one-hour, lunch-time class, you'll pick up tips on making the most of a variety of mushrooms. Our instructors will share information on cooking with fresh mushrooms and show you how to make each dish as you sit back, relax and enjoy the meal. 

For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

• Mushrooms stuffed with Feta, Spinach & Bacon 

• Turkey Cutlets with Mushrooms & Fontina

• Mushroom-Orzo Pilaf

• Chocolate Truffle Tart

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
