Learn @ Lunch: Fat Tuesday Favorites

For ages 18 & up

Indulge in some of our favorite dishes in our one hour, lunch-time class. Our instructors will show you how to prepare a classic Creole menu while you pick up tips on techniques and enjoy a lunch worthy of any traditional Mardi Gras celebration. You'll sit back, relax and enjoy sampling three delightful dishes.

For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
